Service Improvement

We use data in two limited ways to improve our service:

1. Direct Feedback Processing

• Only processes data when you explicitly provide feedback (e.g., thumbs up/down functionality)
• Limited to GC AI engineering team access
• Used exclusively for debugging and service improvement
• Data never leaves GC AI systems

2. Anonymized Analytics

• All data is de-identified and aggregated
• Used solely for GC AI service improvement
• Never shared with external providers or models
• Maintains complete confidentiality

Data Processing Agreement

GC AI offers a comprehensive Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that outlines:

• Detailed privacy protections
• Specific data handling procedures
• Confidentiality obligations
• Data retention policies
• Security measures

Data Residency

GC AI and all our servers are located exclusively in the United States. This means:

• All data processing occurs within US borders
• No data transfer to international locations
• US legal and regulatory frameworks apply
• Simplified compliance for US-based organizations
